Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional fee will be assessed)
Payments are processed automatically on the 5th, or 20th of each month.
Cost to Participate
- $25 per semester enrollment fee
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Log in to Navigate
- Click on “Resources” > “Financial Aid & Payment Info” > “Payment Plan” or use the Search bar to search for “Payment Plan”
- Select the first link, YTCPaymentPlan
- Read all contents on the web page
- Select the second link, NelnetPaymentPlan
- Click on the enrollment link and proceed with on screen instructions
Special Notes
- You must accept Financial Aid Awards prior to setting up a tuition payment plan in order to receive credit for aid.
- Books are not covered under the tuition payment plan.
- Tuition payment plans do not apply to the CE classes or past due balances from prior terms.
Adjustment or Termination of a Nelnet Payment Plan
Please do not assume your payment plan will be automatically adjusted or cancelled if financial aid is received, payments are made directly to the College, or a class is dropped or added. To make an adjustment, request a payment date change, or to terminate your Nelnet Payment Plan, you must email Maureen Gore at nbscancellations@yorktech.edu to request the change. Please include your full name, Student ID number, your telephone number, and a brief explanation for the change in your email. Changes or terminations must occur during business hours and at least three business days before the date of the scheduled draft.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (EST). During the summer, Friday hours are 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
Please do not assume your balance will automatically adjust if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online.
Students
If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers
If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY
Availability of the payment plan is determined by York Technical College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
