Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card a service fee may be assessed
*Transaction fees apply with card payment
Payments are automatically processed on the 15th of each month
Cost to Participate
- $48 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll for Students
- Log on to Pilots UP: pilots.up.edu
- Self-Service Banner
- Student Accounts Tab
- Select Account Summary
- Pay Now button
If someone other than the student will be making the payments, the student will need to designate them as an Authorized Payer before they can access the system.
Student Instructions to add an Authorized Payer:
Once the student is in the Nelnet Enterprise system go to:
• My Profile
• Click Add or Edit in the Manager Payers Section
• Authorized Party Information
• Add Authorized Party
• Authorized Party Access
• Authorized Party Authentications
• Web Access
• Terms & Conditions
• Save
