Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Cost to Participate*
- Nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit/debit card)
- Up to a $30 returned payment fee if monthly installment payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan
Students:
- Log in to your SPIRE account at https://www.umass.edu/spire/
- Click on View/Pay Bill
- Select Payment Plan in the QuikPAY menu
Delegates (Formerly Authorized Payers):
- Go to the SPIRE login page at https://www.umass.edu/spire/
- Click the Delegates login button
- Enter your delegate login ID and password
- Ensure you have selected the student for which you want to set up a payment plan.
- Click view/pay bill
- Select Payment Plan in the QuikPAY menu
*Before you click on the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided) confirming enrollment.
