- $38 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
How to Enroll (Students)
- Go to my.sunyulster.edu
- Click on My SUNY Ulster then My Payment Options
- In the Payment Plan Channel, click Sign Up
How to Enroll (Authorized Payers)
NOTE: Parents/Authorized Payers must be established by the student in QuikPAY prior to proceeding to the link above.

Payment plan available as early as November 19, 2025
Payments are processed on the 20th of the month
*Available for registration after the tuition due date of January 6, 2026
