Make College Easier to Pay For with a Tuition Payment Plan.
Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month.
Cost to Participate
- $25 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
- Register for the spring term payment plan before January 1, 2024 and Triton College will cover your $25.00 enrollment fee for the semester.
- $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
- You must have a minimum balance of $250 to budget through the automatic payment plan.
Steps to Enroll
Please see steps below to register for a payment plan.
- Go to https://selfservice.triton.edu
- Log in to Self-Service
- Click on “Student Finance”
- Click on “Enroll & Manage Payment Plan”
- If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Steps for authorized payers to log in
Authorized Payers:
- If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
- Log in here after your student sets you up as an Authorized Payer

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Triton College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
*Deferred Payment plan requirements below:
- Only offered to eligible students applying for Financial Aid
- Must have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of $5900 or less.
- FAFSA must be on file in the Financial Aid Office
- $25 enrollment fee deferred until plan is activated
- If there is a balance due after Financial Aid award, the $25 enrollment fee will be assessed and is nonrefundable if payment is processed.
- If your Financial Aid is complete and you have an Expected Family Contribution for $5900 or less, you are strongly encouraged to sign up for the Deferred Payment plan.
- If you have a Deferred Payment plan in place and a balance due after the Financial Aid award has been applied to your account, you can choose to pay the balance due in a one-time payment and the plan will be cancelled with no penalty, or the plan will activate and the $25 enrollment fee will be charged along with the first of three monthly installments.
Please note that any balance due after Financial Aid has been awarded is your responsibility. If you fail to make payment, you may be DROPPED from your classes.
