Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Note: All enrollment fees, down and full payments are processed immediately! Payments are processed automatically on the 20th of each month.
Cost to Participate
- $35 nonrefundable enrollment fee for 1-6 monthly payments
- $55 nonrefundable enrollment fee for 7-8 monthly payments
- $1 nonrefundable enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned

State University of New York Uniform Tuition Refund Policy (8NYCRR 602.11)
Failure to withdraw will result in full tuition and fee liability to the student. Failure to attend class does not constitute a withdrawal.
If an official notice of withdrawal is executed, then the following applies regarding refund of institutional charges. Prior to the first day of classes, all withdrawals are processed through the Registrar’s Office, after that, through the Learning Center.
Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Sullivan County Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through online.campuscommerce.com or call the Sullivan Student Billing office at 845-434-5750 to confirm the change.
