Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 5th and 20th of each month
Credit and debit cards will have a fully disclosed processed fee
Cost to Participate
- $35 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee per returned payment
- Credit and debit cards will have a fully disclosed processed fee
Balances must be paid in full prior to graduation and cannot be deferred using a payment plan or employer reimbursement if a student plans to attend commencement or to receive a diploma/transcript. Payment plans can not be used for past due balances. Payment plans used to cover a balance from a previous semester will be canceled, and the enrollment fee can not be refunded.
**Balances can be edited when setting up a payment plan. Bills will be sent out by Seton Hill College regarding balance due. Once the bill has been received, the student or plan owener can go online and make the adjustment.
Simple Steps to Enroll
Before proceeding, please read the following:
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
- Log in to MySHU at my.setonhill.edu
- Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on the Nelnet Enterprise icon
- Once your profile is set up, you can enroll in a payment plan or set up an authorized payer who can create a plan for your balance
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student MUST set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
- If you have used Nelnet before, simply Sign In to manage your account.
- If you are new to Nelnet, click on the “Create a username & password” button to create an online account
