Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 5th or 20th of the month
Cost to Participate
- $40 enrollment fee per semester
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll in Payment Plan or Make One-Time Payments
- Go to www.rrcc.edu
- Log in to your student account in “the Rock” portal
- Select the Student Account tab
- Under Payment Options
- Create and Manage your NBS Payment Plan
- Select NBS Payment Plan
- Follow the instructions to set up the payment plan
NOTE: Another person, such as a parent, may make your payment plan payments. But, you must first invite them to be an “Authorized Payer” on your account. Click on the “Want to designate another payer?” button from the payment plan set up screen, then complete the steps described.

NOTE: All down payments and enrollments fees are processed immediately!
Unless you are on a payment plan through Nelnet, expecting financial aid or a third party sponsor to pay your total balance payment in full is due no later than the due date listed in the calendar. If your balance is not paid in full or arrangements have not been set up by the scheduled due date, you will be subject to late fees and account holds
• If your account is in good standing while continuously enrolled in a payment plan, you will not be subject to late fees or holds.
• If your payment plan is terminated due to non-sufficient funds or non-payment, your student account will be placed on hold and assessed late fees until the plan is brought current or until the entire account balance is paid in full.
• If you are expecting financial aid but it is delayed or will not pay your account balance in full you can sign up for the payment plan to avoid late fees. Refunds of any overpayment will be sent through your BankMobile refund preference.
• Late fees: $40 initially and an additional $10 each month your bill is outstanding regardless of when your class starts.
• If you fail to finish the payment plan any subsequent registrations will be dropped.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
Please do not assume your NBS balance will automatically adjust if you receive financial aid, add, or drop a class right before your payment is due. To review your balance online, please sign into your payment plan as noted above or call RRCC’s Cashier at 303.914.6222 to confirm change.
