Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed)
Cost to Participate
- $40 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit card)
- $30 fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Visit www.rbc.edu
- Click on “Info For” at top of page
- Under Statesman, click on the “Pay Your Bill” link
- You should be at the Banner Self Service log in page
- Log in with your Banner user id and pin
- On Main Menu page, click the “Payment Processing” link
