Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Payments are processed on the 5th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
You must have a minimum balance of $100 to budget through the automatic payment plan.
Cost to Participate

- $40 nonrefundable enrollment fee per agreement
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to prairiestate.edu
- Log in to the Pioneer Portal using your PSC username and Password
- Click the “Financial Information” icon
- Use the drop-down to select “Student Finance”
- Select Nelnet Enterprise
- Click on “Proceed to Processor” to be redirected to the Nelnet Payment Plan page.
