Make College Easier to Pay For with a Tuition Payment Plan.
Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $30, $50 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
- $1 nonrefundable enrollment fee for immediate pay agreement
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Two Simple Ways to Enroll in the Payment Plan
- Go to MYPGCC Portal and click on STUDENTS Tab
- Enter user id and password
- Enter two-factor authenticator number
- Click on Financial Aid & Billing Support Widget
- Next, click on View My Bill
- Click on Student Finance and select Payment Plan from drop down box
- Click on proceed to payment plan button
OR
- Go to MYPGCC Portal and click on STUDENTS Tab
- Enter user id and password
- Enter two-factor authenticator number
- Scroll down to My Balances and click on Payment Options
- Click on Student Finance and select Payment Plan from drop down box
- Click on proceed to payment plan button

IMPORTANT! You MUST enroll in the Nelnet Campus Commerce Payment Plan on or before the due date printed on your PGCC bill. Failure to do so may result in your classes being dropped.

No agreements will be accepted after March 5, 2026. Full payment available through March 5, 2026.

Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
