- $25 nonrefundable enrollment fee per quarter
- $2 nonrefundable enrollment fee for pay in full option
- $30 nonrefundable fee is a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- https://www.olympic.edu/about-olympic-college/ctclink-student-self-service-portal-information
- After you log in go to Student Financial Account
- Click on Payment Plan on the left side of the page
- Choose Nelnet Payment Plan
The tuition payment deadline is the day the quarter begins. After this deadline, payment is due within 48 hours of registration.
YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN A PAYMENT PLAN BY THESE DATES OR YOU RISK BEING DROPPED FROM CLASSES.

Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online. If you have questions, please contact the Cashier’s Office at 360-475-7181.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
