Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit/debit card
(Please be aware that payments from a debit or credit card may be returned unpaid due to daily limit restrictions set by your bank. If you are unsure if your card has a daily limit or what the daily limit amount may be, please contact the card issuer prior to setting up your payment plan).
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $50 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card)
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Log in to https://my.lyon.edu/ics
- Go to Students Tab
- Click on the Finance link on the left side of the page
- Select Pay using Nelnet at the bottom of the page

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plans is determined by Lyon College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have payment plans available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online or contact Jill Varner at 870.307.7322 to confirm the change.
