Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional 2.85% service fee will be assessed)
Cost to Participate
- $30 enrollment fee per semester
- No enrollment fee if paid in full
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
The $30 enrollment fee for the Pending Aid Payment Plan will be processed on the same date as your monthly payment. This enrollment fee will only be processed if your agreement still has an outstanding balance on your first scheduled payment date.
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Payment for the Pending Aid payment plan will be processed on the 20th of each month.
You must have a minimum balance of $100 to use the payment plan.
The Nelnet Campus Commerce payment plan is not recommended for Dual Enrollment Students. If you are a Dual Enrollment Student or a parent of a Dual Enrollment Student, please contact the Cashier’s Office.

- Select SSO from the top, right-hand corner
- Sign-in with your Viking username & password
- Select the Nelnet Campus Commerce tile
- Proceed with sign-in

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Glen Oaks Community College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. Please use the “Simple Steps to Enroll” from above to log in to Nelnet for more balance and payment information.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
