Make College Housing Easier to Pay For with a Housing Installment Plan.
Make college more affordable by paying for housing expenses over time. Housing Installment Plans break down your housing balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional fee may be assessed)
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month
Cost to Participate
- $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- Up to a $30 returned payment fee if payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll in the Housing Installment Plan
- Go to https://my.fsw.edu
- Log into your Student Portal
- On the Student Quick Links “tile”, select Tuition Installment Plan” or “Housing Installment Plan”
- If you do not see the box labeled “Student Quick Links”, click the “Discover More”, link at the bottom of the page for more “tiles”
Financial Aid
If you are awarded financial aid, this aid will be applied to your tuition and fees first. Any remaining aid on your student account after tuition & fees have been paid will be used to reduce the balance owed on your housing installment plan.
