Steps to Enroll

• Go the Fox Valley Technical College website, www.fvtc.edu.
• Click on CURRENT STUDENTS.
• Click on MYFVTC ACCOUNT.
• Click on MYFVTC LOGIN.
• Login to your Workday MyFVTC account.
• Once logged in, click the MENU button located in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
• From the Menu list click on Finances or Financials Hub (does not matter which one you pick).
• At the top of the screen click on Make a Payment via Nelnet. You will be transferred to the Nelnet payment portal.

Authorized Party instructions:

• If someone other than a student will be making the payments or setting up a payment plan through Fox Valley Technical College’s Nelnet payment platform, the student will need to designate them as an Authorized Payer in our system.

Steps to add an Authorized Payer:

• The student will need to designate the Authorized Payer on Fox Valley Technical College’s Nelnet payment platform. Please click on “Want to designate another payer” link in the top right corner of the page.
• Once you have completed the required information an email will be sent to the Authorized Payer with a link to log in to the payment system.
• When the Authorized Payer has accessed the payment platform, the Authorized Payer can complete a payment plan or make a payment on the student’s behalf.

Log in here after the student sets you up as an Authorized Payer in Fox Valley Technical College’s Nelnet payment platform.
