Make College Easier to Pay For with a Monthly Payment Plan.
To help meet your educational expenses, Finger Lakes Community College is pleased to offer the Nelnet Campus Commerce-Monthly Payment Plan (Nelnet-MPP) as a convenient budget plan. It is not a loan; therefore you have no debt. There are no interest or finance charges and there is no credit check.

- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit/debit card (If you elect to use your card, an additional fee will apply)
Cost to Participate
- $25 enrollment fee per semester
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
The cost of a Payment Plan is a $25 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee. The enrollment fee and any down payment will be attempted immediately. If the enrollment fee or down payment is returned unpaid, your agreement will be terminated.
The tuition payment is automatically deducted on the 1st or 25th of each month from a checking or savings account. You may also use your credit/debit card. If you elect to use your card, an additional service fee will apply. Please note: Debit cards may be returned unpaid due to daily limit restrictions imposed by your bank.
Any time a tuition payment is returned, you will receive notification on how the returned tuition payment will be handled. You need to ensure adequate funds are available in your account at the time of each payment.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS – In accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your Payment Plan agreement, payments are processed electronically by Nelnet. The Office of Student Accounts is unable to accept your Monthly Payment Plan Payments.

CONTACT The One Stop Center 585-785-1000 (Canandaigua Campus) – if you have questions regarding your tuition balance or anticipated financial aid. If you need to adjust your Monthly Payment Plan Budget Amount contact the Office of Student Accounts at 585-785-1405. Please do not assume the balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added, resulting in a reduction or an increase to your total charges. Your Budget Adjustment Request must be made in writing by e-mail at studentaccounts@flcc.edu or in person at the Office of Student Accounts ten (10) business days prior to the ACH or Credit Card withdrawal date.
