Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Cost to Participate
- $35 enrollment fee per semester
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.eastcentral.edu
- Select MyECC in upper right corner of website.
- Select the Self Service tile.
- Select the Student Finance tile.
- Select Student Finance Tab on upper left.
- Select Nelnet Payment Plan Tab.
- Select Proceed to Processor Tab and follow the instructions.

*NOTE: Fall 2026 payment deadline for East Central College is August 3, 2026. Enroll in a payment plan by that date to take advantage of the lowest monthly payments possible. Additional payment plans are available for a period of time after August 3, 2026, and will have fewer months to pay.

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by East Central College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your Nelnet
agreement balance online, or call the office of Financial Services at 636-584-6739.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
