Steps for Students to Log in or Enroll
- Click Enroll button below and sign in to DukeHub
- Click Financials
- Scroll down to Nelnet Payment Plans
If you are a WEMBA/GEMBA student, please visit https://mycollegepaymentplan.com/duke-executive/
Proxy payers do not have access to create Nelnet plans through their Duke Hub Account, a student must log in through their Duke Hub Account to navigate Nelnet to add authorized payers.
Steps for Authorized/ PROXY Payer Log in
- If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must set up their account first and then add/invite you as an Authorized/ PROXY Payer.
- If you are new to Nelnet, click on the “Create a username & password” button to create an online account from the email you receive from your student.
- If you have used Nelnet before, simply Sign In to manage your account, here.
Steps for Students to Adjust Balances
Once a student has received a balance adjustment notification via email from Duke University, the student can then access their Nelnet Payment Plan account to apply adjustment.
- Sign in to DukeHub
- Click Financials
- Scroll down to Nelnet Payment Plans
- On the Home Page in Nelnet click Actions
- Click Adjust Balance
- Apply Adjustments
Steps for Plan Owners to Adjust Balances
Once a plan owner has received a balance adjustment notification via email from Duke University, the plan owner can then access their Nelnet Payment Plan account to apply adjustment.
- Sign in to Nelnet Payment Plan Account
- On the Home Page in Nelnet click Actions
- Click Adjust Balance
- Apply Adjustments
Payment Methods
- Automatic Bank Payment (ACH)
Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 1st of each month
Cost to Participate
- $40 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
