Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional convenience fee of 2.85% will be assessed)
Payments are processed automatically on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance has been paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40, or $45 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- Up to a $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
-Determine total tuition and fees assessed and approximate amount of bookstore credit needed for course materials
-Go to www.coastalpines.edu
-Under MYCPTC tab click on MYCPTC tab click on MYCPTC Stingray Experience and log in
-Once logged in go to the Pay Now card and log in
-Select the term for payment
-Click Nelnet Payment Plan Login

Fall 2025
Payment plan is available on June 16, 2025
Payers must have 50% of their balance paid and be current on the payment plan prior to the guarantee date. If not, the payment plan will be terminated on the guarantee date. All funds collected will be remitted to the institution.
If additional charges are added after enrollment in the payment plan, payers must ensure that at least 50% of the updated tuition balance is paid by the guarantee date to remain eligible.
Online payments will not be allowed within one week of the guarantee date.

Last day to decrease/terminate: 10/29/2025

Balance Adjustments:
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online.
