Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 5th of the month
Cost to Participate
- $50 annual enrollment fee
- $30 enrollment fee per semester (Fall, Spring, & Summer)
- Up to a $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Students Enrollment
Student log into SSOL and click on “Account Detail and E-Billing”
Click on the following
- Account Detail and E-Billing
- View E-Bill and Pay by E-check, Payment Plan, or Wire
- Payment Plan
Authorized Payer Enrollment
- Go to https://quikpayasp.com/columbia/tuition/authorized.do
- Sign into Quikpay with username and password set up by your student
- Select the Payment Plan option on the left hand side of the menu
University Disclosure:
The payment plan is not a loan. If you are using the payment plan and also borrowing private student loans, you have the right and ability to select the education loan provider of your choice, free from penalty. You are not required to use any lender promulgated by the payment plan provider.

For plan management purposes, the Annual plan is considered as two separate plans, one for the Fall Term and the other for the Spring.

Payment Plan
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Columbia University. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Columbia will periodically adjust your payment plan balance to align with your student account balance. You may review your payment plan balance and adjust your balance by reviewing your agreement online.
