Make College Easier to Pay For with a Tuition Payment Plan.
Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
Payments are processed automatically on the 5th of each month.
Cost to Participate
- $20 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- $25 nonrefundable enrollment fee Starting Fall 2024
- $2 nonrefundable enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- $3 nonrefundable enrollment fee for an immediate full payment starting Fall 2024
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
A new payment plan must be set up for each semester.
You must have a minimum balance of $100 to budget through the payment plan.

- Log in to MyChaffey portal
- Click on the Student Quick Links dropdown
- Click on the NBS Payment Plan link

Balance Adjustments
If changes to a student’s balance occurs after enrolling in the payment plan, the student must update their payment plan balance through the MyChaffey portal. After selecting the ‘NBS Payment Plan’ link, the option to ‘adjust’ the plan will be available if an adjustment is required. Students who have questions regarding their payment plan must contact the Cashier’s Office at cashier.staff@chaffey.edu.
