Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic payment from checking or savings account (ACH)
- Automatic payment from credit or debit card
Payments are processed on the 5th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester, 1-6 payments-Subject to change
- NOTE: All down payments and enrollments fees are processed immediately!
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned

- Click on Enroll Today
- Sign in to your student account
- Select Payment Plan
Please check our website, www.ccbcmd.edu for payment due dates for each semester. If you register on or after the payment due date, payment is due at the time of registration. **Indicate target dates after payment due dates for late starting classes and/or late registrations.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY
Availability of the payment plan is determined by The Community College of Baltimore County. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online or call the Community College of Baltimore County Bursar’s Office at 443.840.3848 to confirm the change. ANY CHANGES MUST BE APPROVED 10 CALENDAR DAYS BEFORE THE PAYMENT DATE.
