Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment
- Credit card/debit card
Payments are processed on the 15th of the month (depending on the term) and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $33 per semester enrollment fee
- No Fee for an immediate full payment
- Up to $30 nonrefundable fee if the payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.ccaurora.edu
- Log in to MyCCA
- Click on Student Finance Card
- Click on “Nelnet: Setup your payment plan”
Before you click the Submit Button, please read through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions carefully. An e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through the Payment Plan.
Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the Payment Plan is determined by The Community College of Aurora. Please be aware that The Community College of Aurora may elect not to have the Payment Plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustment
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement online or contact the Cashier’s Office at 303.360.4827 to confirm the change.

Students with outstanding balances not paid by the deadline will have a hold placed on their record and will not be able to register for future courses or obtain official transcript until the account balance is paid in full.
