Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
Cost to Participate
- $45 enrollment fee per semester for Fall 2025
- $50 enrollment fee per semester starting Spring 2026
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
NOTE: All down payments and enrollment fees are processed immediately. Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 20th of the month. Payment plans must be arranged by the due date published on the student’s statement.
Simple Steps to Enroll
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up a Friends and Family contact with Third Party permissions in Workday.
- Visit Bowdoin.edu/bursar
- Click “Student Workday Login”
- Log in to Workday using Bowdoin credentials
- Select “Financials Hub” from Global Navigation menu
- Click “Make an Online Payment” and then “Make a Payment” to navigate to QuikPay
- Select “Payment Plan” from left menu
- Follow prompts on-screen to enroll
Authorized Payers / Third Parties: Students must give you access to Workday as a Third Party user with financial permissions in order to enroll in a payment plan.
- Visit Bowdoin.edu/bursar
- Click “Third Party Workday Login”
- Log in to Workday
- Select “Finances for Third Party” from Your Top Apps
- Click “Make a Payment” to navigate to QuikPay
- Select “Payment Plan” from left menu
- Follow prompts on-screen to enroll
