Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Choose Your Payment
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card with service fee of 2.85%
- Payments are processed on the 1st of the month
Cost to Participate
- Enrollment fee per semester $55
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
How to Enroll
Before proceeding, please watch the Tutorial Video and read the following.
- If you have used Nelnet before, simply Sign in to manage your account.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.

- If you are new to Nelnet, click on the “Create a username & password” button to create an online account
Visit the Nelnet Campus Commerce Website
- Choose Sign In or Create an Account
Before you begin:
- Complete accepting or declining all offered Financial Aid on your Student Sonis Account.
- View your Fall 2024 Sonis Statement of Student Account for the Anticipated Balance Due.
Note: Your Nelnet Budget will require an adjustment if the Anticipated Balance Due on your Student Account changes for any of the following reasons: Financial Aid, Drop/Add Classes, Housing or Meal Plan Fee adjustments.
