Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Cost to Participate

  • $25 nonrefundable enrollment fee per quarter
  • $2 nonrefundable enrollment fee for pay in full option
  • $30 nonrefundable fee is a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll

  • https://www.olympic.edu/about-olympic-college/ctclink-student-self-service-portal-information
  • After you log in go to Student Financial Account
  • Click on Payment Plan on the left side of the page
  • Choose Nelnet Payment Plan

The tuition payment deadline is the day the quarter begins. After this deadline, payment is due within 48 hours of registration. 

YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN A PAYMENT PLAN BY THESE DATES OR YOU RISK BEING DROPPED FROM CLASSES.

Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Note: All down payments are processed immediately!

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online. If you have questions, please contact the Cashier’s Office at 360-475-7181.

Students:  If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.

Authorized Payers:  If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
