Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional fee will be assessed)
Payments are processed automatically on the 25th or last day of each month.
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40, or $45 nonrefundable enrollment fee per term
- Up to a $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
• Go to https://gwinnetttech.edu/dashboard/
• Log in with your username and password
• locate Student Profile Info & Fees card
• Click on Account Summary by Term
• Click on Pay Now button
• Select a term & click on Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet
If you make adjustments to your class schedule this will impact your Nelnet Service Agreement Plan. If there are any changes to courses please contact your Gwinnett Tech Student Accounts Department for any questions or concerns at 470-448-1212.

Last Date to DECREASE Agreement Balance or TERMINATE Agreement: October 13, 2026
Payers must have 50% of their tuition paid and be current on the payment plan prior to the guarantee date. If not, the payment plan will be terminated on the guarantee date. All funds collected will be remitted to the institution.
Online payments will not be allowed within one week of the guarantee date.
