Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (Mastercard, Visa & Discover – up to 2.85% Service Fee)
Payments are processed on the 20th or 27th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.
Cost to Participate
- $15 enrollment fee per quarter
- Starting Fall 2026 $20 Enrollment Fee per quarter
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Meet with your advisor
- Pick your classes and receive registration instructions
- Enroll in classes through WarriorLink at https://gateway.ctclink.us/
- Enroll in Nelnet through WarriorLink. Start by clicking on Student Homepage
- Click on the Financial Account tile
- Click “Nelnet Payment Plan” under Payment Plans
- Click the Nelnet button on the right to enroll in a plan

If you have received formal acknowledgement of a scholarship, a third-party contract, or a financial aid award which will cover all of your tuition and fees, you do not need to sign up for the payment plan. If these funding sources are insufficient to pay the entire amount due or if you have applied but not yet received notice of eligibility, you may sign up for the payment plan to manage the remaining amount due, if the balance owed exceeds $100.
