Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee may be assessed)
Cost to Participate
- $30 enrollment fee per semester
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

- Complete steps to enroll
- Click SUBMIT to complete payment plan process

Payment Plan available beginning March 1, 2026.
Tuition is due May 19, 2026. Students enrolling in classes after May 19, 2026 must pay tuition in full or enroll in the automatic payment plan that same day.

NOTE: All down and full payments are processed immediately! Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Heartland Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through my.heartland.edu or call the Heartland Community College Business Office at 309-268-8140 to confirm the change.
