Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
Cost to Participate
- $30 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.howardcc.edu/paymentplan to get information on how to enroll. For help logging in, contact the Technology Service Center at 443.518.4444.
- Enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan by the payment due date posted by HCC
- Enroll in Payment Plan for past due balance to avoid collection process

NOTE: All down and full payments are processed immediately!
Payment Plan for Past Due Balance may not remove financial hold until the full balance is paid but will hold the collection process.
Balance Adjustments
The total amount of your agreement is subject to change by the institution if you drop/add classes or if your financial aid awards are adjusted. A missed payment may effect your current and future enrollment. You can view/update your payment plan information online through myHCC.
