Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional 2.85% service fee will be assessed)
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 15th of the month for Fall & Spring
- Summer payments are the 20th of the month
Cost to Participate
- $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per agreement
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Log in to your MyIECC account
- Access “Entrata” Portal
- Go to the “Students” menu
- Look for the Payment and Plans section (right side of the page)
- Access the “Payment and Plans” link
Past Due Payment Plans (Prior Balance Plans)
Outstanding balances from a previous term are eligible for a past due payment plan. Contact the college business office for more information or to enroll.

If someone is paying on your behalf, you must first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers:
If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
