Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- $25 per quarter nonrefundable enrollment fee
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Visit gateway.ctclink.us then enter your ctcLink ID and Password
- Select “Student Homepage”
- Select the Financial Account Tile
- Expand ‘Payment Plan’ Dropdown. Select ‘Nelnet Payment Plan’
- If Not Automatically Redirected, Select the ‘Nelnet’ Button
- Create Your Nelnet Payment Account
New Payment Option
Bellevue College students may now PAY IN FULL with no enrollment fee. Choose the Full Pay Plan while completing the payment plan option through Nelnet. Please note that payments will be reflected on your student account in approximately 7 days: classes are secured while the payment processes. If your payment fails, this protection will be removed and you may be dropped if your tuition deadline has passed. You must complete and submit the “Full Pay Plan” option on this site before midnight on your initial tuition due date or you may be dropped from class(es). Refunds are process as a physical check sent to the address on the student’s schedule.
Important: Payment plan enrollment after the due date will not stop the class-drop process.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMINATION: It is important to ensure that your payments will process successfully. If your first scheduled payment attempt fails, however, your payment plan will be terminated and you will be subject to the college’s policy for tuition payment and may risk being dropped from classes.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY: Availability of the payment plan is determined by Bellevue College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS: If your balance has changed due to changes in your class schedule or financial aid, please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted. You should review your payment plan balance online. You may also contact Student Financial Services at 425.564.2309 or [email protected] to confirm the change.
