Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express)
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 5th/20th of the month
Payments are processed on the predetermined date every month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. Should a payment fail, your reprocess date will be provided on the Missed Payment Notification.
Cost to Participate
- $30 per semester enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card) through Spring 2025 and Summer 2025
- Effective Fall 2025 the non-refundable enrollment fee is $35 per semester (ACH & credit/debit card)
- Up to $30 Nelnet returned payment fee if a payment is returned
- If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee of 2.6% in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.

- Go to https://my.schoolcraft.edu/
- Click on “Current Students” and enter your username and password
- Click on “Payment Options” then click “Manage Payment Plan”

NOTE: Down payment and enrollment fees process immediately!
IMPORTANT
You must pay your balance in full or enroll in a payment plan at the time of registration each semester or you may be dropped. Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online; call Student Accounts at 734.462.4586 or email Student Accounts [email protected] to confirm the change.
Payment Plan Availability
Availability of payment plan is determined by Schoolcraft College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have payment plans available during specific times and dates during registration.
