The first time you login your username will be [email protected] and your password will be the last six digits of your social security number. Once you login, it will prompt you to create your password. If you have any questions about how to login, you can contact the IT help desk at 307-268-3648.
Follow these steps after logging into myCCinfo:
Go to the 3 lines in the top left corner (the hamburger) and click “Financial Information.” Click on “Student Finance.” Click “Make a Payment/Payment Plan. This will take you to the next screen and at the bottom of the page Click “Proceed to Processor.” From there, a new window will open for the payment plan site, Nelnet. They will prompt you to fill out information about yourself and to create a 4-Digit PIN used to validate your account in future. Once you’ve filled out the information needed, Nelnet will show you a box labeled “Payment Activity” with your current balance listed and the option to either make a payment or set up a payment plan.
Authorized Payers
- If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
- If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
**All credit/debit card payments that are returned will be subjected to the returned payment fee. Only eCheck/ACH payments returned due to NSF ( Insufficient funds) will be subjected to a returned payment fee.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS Please do not assume your balance will automatically adjust if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY Availability of the payment plan is determined by Casper College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
