Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee of 2.85% will be assessed)
Payments are automatically processed on the 1st, 9th, 15th or 21st of each month
Cost to Participate
- $47 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned

- Log in oneport.unca.edu
- On the left hand side there’s a menu please Click Financial Aid & Payments
- Click the bottom link that says Monthly Payment Plans
- Log in one more time using the 1port login to access Nelnet
