Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed)
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40, or $45 enrollment fee
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Log in to My OTC Experience
- Click on “Pay Balance (Check, Credit, Nelent Plan)” in the Tutition and Fees Tile
- Select Term for Payment
- Click “Pay By Payment Plan with Nelnet”
- You will be connected to Nelnet to complete your payment plan
Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through the payment plan.

Payment plans available on June 21, 2025
Payers must have 50% of their tuition paid and be current on the payment plan prior to the guarantee date. If not, the payment plan will be terminated on the guarantee date. All funds collected will be remitted to the institution.
If additional classes are added after enrollment in the payment plan, payers must ensure that at least 50% of the updated tuition balance is paid by the guarantee date to remain eligible.
Online payments will not be allowed within one week of the guarantee date.

PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Ogeechee Technical College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
Please do not assume your balance will automatically adjust if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online.
Students
If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers
If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
