Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Cost to Participate
- $39 enrollment fee per semester
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.sctcc.edu
- Click on e-services (under Current Students)
- Log in with Star ID and Password
- Click on Bill & Payments
- Click on Payment Plan-left column (not make a payment)
- Enroll in Nelnet/Facts Payment Plan
Must owe a minimum of $100 to use the payment plan.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY
Availability of the Payment Plan is determined by St. Cloud Technical & Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the Payment Plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
Please do not assume your balance will be automatically adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through your student account to access your Nelnet payment plan or contact St. Cloud Technical and Community College Business Office at 320.308.5512 to confirm change.
