Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic payment from checking or savings account (ACH)
- Automatic payment from Credit/debit card
Payments are processed automatically on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $30 per quarter non-refundable enrollment fee
- $30 non-refundable fee if a payment is returned
Steps to Enroll in a Tuition Payment Plan
- • Sign in to ctcLink and go to your Student Homepage (if you end up on your dashboard, select the menu option for full site)
• Click the Financial Account tile• Click “Payment Plans” then “NelNet Payment Plan”• Click the “NelNet” button• Complete the agreement set-up and receive a confirmation email
Important Information
- Payment plan agreements are applied to the current academic quarter only. Student must self-enroll for each quarter of the payment plan.
- Scheduled payments are determined based on existing tuition charges at plan enrollment. The plan does not update automatically to reflect any changes in registered courses and related tuition charges (e.g. adding or dropping classes, switching class format, etc.)
- Request payment plan changes immediately with the college’s Business Office. This can prevent unnecessary refunds or apply any additional charges over multiple payments.
- All tuition payment plan refunds are issued by the college through mailed check on a weekly basis.

Stay informed of tuition payment due dates. Students who have registered for courses without a finalized payment plan agreement may be dropped for non-payment. These important dates are available on the school’s online registration and academic calendar.
