Make College Easier to Pay For with a Tuition Payment Plan.
Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card – If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed
Payments are processed on the 20th of each month until the balance is paid in full
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40 or $45 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester depending on the number of monthly payments
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Payers must have 50% of their tuition paid and be current on the payment plan prior to the guarantee date. If not, the payment plan will be terminated on the guarantee date. All funds collected will be remitted to the institution.
If additional classes are added after enrollment in the payment plan, payers must ensure that at least 50% of the updated tuition balance is paid by the guarantee date to remain eligible.
Online payments will not be allowed within one week of the guarantee date.
Steps to Enroll
- Log in to MySTC using your STC student credentials (Student ID + Passowrd)
- Go to MY STC Experience
- Locate the Financial Aid Card
- Select Pay my Balance
- Select term
- Pay Now
- Select Pay by Nelnet Payment Plan

Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through your Nelnet account or contact the Vidalia Campus Business Office at 912.538.3154 or Swainsboro Campus Business Office at 478.289.2205 to confirm the change.
