Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic payment from checking or saving account (ACH)
- Automatic payment from credit or debit card with service fee of 2.85%
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 5th of the month
Cost to Participate
- $47 nonrefundable enrollment fee per agreement
- $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
Before proceeding, please read the following:
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
- Log in to Workday.
- Click on View All Apps, then Finance, then Nelnet.
- Once your profile is set up, you can make a payment, enroll in a payment plan, or setup an authorized payer who can make a payment or enroll in a payment plan.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student MUST set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
Once the student invites you, you will receive an email invitation with a link.
- Click on the included link
- Answer the security question
- If you have used Nelnet before, simply Sign In to manage your account
- If you are new to Nelnet, click on the “Create a username & password” button to create an online account
- Once your profile is set up, you can make a payment or enroll in a payment plan

NOTE: All enrollments fees are processed immediately and are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY: Availability of the payment plan is determined by Rhodes College. Please be aware Rhodes College may elect not to have the payment plan available prior to the release of semester charges.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS: Your payment plan balance will not automatically be adjusted with changes to aid, changes to charges, or other non-payment plan payments. You should review your plan agreement balance online, and adjust the amount you have budgeted on the plan if need be.
