Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card
Payments are automatically processed from your account on the due date. Payment dates vary based on payment plan enrolled in.
*Missed payment attempts may result in FCC terminating your payment plan and forwarding your account to a collection agency.
Cost to Participate
- $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee for each payment returned

- Go to www.frederick.edu
- Log in to your PeopleSoft account
- Click the Financial Accounts tile
- On left side, “Set up a Payment Plan”

**For the Pending Aid Payment Plan, the $30.00 non-refundable enrollment fee will be withdrawn from the account provided on the same day as your first payment. If your balance is zero by your first payment date, no enrollment fee will be assessed. As long as your agreement balance remains at zero, you will not be assessed an enrollment fee, and your payment plan will not begin. For additional help, please call us at 800.609.8056.
