Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed.)
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.
Cost to Participate
- 3-6 payments $55 fee per term (ACH & credit/debit card)
- 1-2 payments $30 fee per term (ACH & credit/debit card)
- Up to $30 fee if a payment is returned
Special Instructions
- Select the Fall/Spring payment plan if registered for:
-Semester only (Fall & Spring)
-Semester and terms 1-4 - Select the term payment plan options if you have registered for:
-One term at a time
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.centralmethodist.edu
- Log in to your myCMU account
- Select the “Student” tab along the top of the page
- Select “Billing and Payments”
- Click on “Sign Up for a Payment Plan”

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Central Methodist University. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online or call the Central Methodist University Business Office at 660.248.6207 to confirm the change.
Students
If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers
If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
